ANGULAR CONTACT BALL BEARING

The angular contact ball bearing has a higher limit speed, which can simultaneously bear radial load and axial load, and can also bear the pure axial load. The axial load capacity is determined by the angle of contact angle (the angle between the load line and the radial plane of the bearing), and increases with the increase of the contact angle.
This kind of bearing is suitable for double supporting shaft with little supporting distance and good rigidity.
The main structure forms of angular contact ball bearing include single row angular contact ball bearing, double row angle contact ball bearing, angle contact ball bearing with pair installation and four point contact ball bearing.
Single row angular contact ball bearings have two types: separation type and non separable type. The basic type of separable angular contact ball bearings is S70000. The SN70000 type can be separated from the inner ring, and the inner ring and outer ring can be installed separately, which is suitable for the restricted parts of the installation conditions. The inner ring and outer ring of the inseparable angular contact ball bearing can not be installed separately. The contact angle of the ball bearing is 15O, 25o, and 40o, respectively. The angle contact ball bearing can be divided on the inner ring or outer ring on the day of the angle contact ball bearing. The limit speed of the bearing on the inner ring is higher than the limit speed of the bearing on the outer ring.
Single row angular contact ball bearing can only bear axial load in one direction. When bearing radial load, it will cause additional axial force, so the corresponding axial load must be applied, so the bearings are generally used in pairs.
The double row angular contact ball bearing can bear large radial and axial joint loads and torque loads which are mainly radial load. It can limit the axial displacement of the shaft or shell, and the contact angle is 30o.
The pair mounted angular contact ball bearing is composed of two sets of identical single angle contact ball bearings, which can be divided into three types: series configuration (70000/DT), back to back configuration (70000/DB) and face-to-face configuration (70000/DF).
This kind of bearing can bear radial load and radial load. The series configuration can only bear one axial load. The other two configurations can withstand axial loads in either direction. This type of bearing is usually submitted to the user after selection by the manufacturer. After installation, the bearing is preloaded, the ring and the steel ball are in the axial preloading state, thus improving the bearing stiffness and rotation precision of the whole group bearing as a single support.
The four point contact ball bearing is a separable bearing. The QJ0000 type (17600 type) has a double half inner ring, and the QJF00 type (type 116000) has a double half outer ring and the contact angle is 35o. The steel ball contacts with the four points in the ring when the load is free from the load and the pure radial load. Under pure axial load, the steel ball and the ring are two point contact, which can bear two-way axial load. The bearing can also bear the torque load, and has the functions of single row and double row angular contact ball bearings. Only when two bearings are formed, can the bearing work normally.
